Krauthamer & Associates' primary focus in an executive search is to identify and recruit candidates that create value for our clients. In most cases we are referred to individuals via our vast network who are described as the best in their field, and more importantly, not actively seeking a career change. It is our role to engage these executives on behalf of our clients and introduce them to the opportunity on their own behalf or to identify the individuals who they would recommend.
K&A has successfully completed more than 3,000 engagements across a broad range of industries in both the public and private sectors. We welcome the opportunity, through our time-tested recruitment process, to locate the individual whose presence, experience and desire adds value to the client organization. In each search, we seek the top one percent of all potential candidates. On a typical search, we will contact between 50 and 200 firms and speak with hundreds of individuals.
Consider that in any search there may be as many as 1,000 possible “candidates” – or as few as ten – whose job title may fit the broad description of a search assignment. It is our job to qualify individuals from all potential sources, network through dozens (sometimes hundreds) of contacts, and match previously unknown individuals to the specific qualifications and management skills our client organizations require. In other words, we pare thousands of possibilities down to a select group of candidates, and ultimately to one.
